Greek Salad

Greek salad is a rustic country salad of tomatoes, cucumber, onions and cheese and is a common component of a traditional Greek meal.

 

Time/Servings


Time: 5-10 minutes
Serves: 3-4

Ingredients & Tools

Directions

  1. Slice cucumbers and put into a medium bowl.
  2. Dice the onion and add to the bowl.
  3. Crumble the feta cheese and add to the bowl.
  4. Sprinkle the balsamic vinegar then the olive oil over the cucumbers, onion and feta.
  5. Sprinkle with salt.
  6. Mix until lightly coated.
  7. Your Greek Salad is ready to serve!
